OVERVIEW

This website is operated by MAN//E. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MAN//E.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. OUR PRODUCTS

MAN//E offers clothing and related products, including products featuring country, flag, heritage-inspired and other embroidered designs.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, details and imagery accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Minor variations may occur in embroidery placement, stitching and finish as a natural result of the production process. These variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

2. PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Some MAN//E products allow customers to select a country, flag or other personalised embroidery or design option.

You are responsible for checking your selected customisation options before completing your order.

Where a product is made to your specification or clearly personalised, cancellation and return rights may differ from those applying to standard products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy before ordering.

This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;
• there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
• payment has not been authorised;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity; or
• we are unable to fulfil the requested customisation.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges and any taxes collected by us, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply unless expressly stated at checkout that these have been collected in advance. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and, where relevant, on individual product pages.

Customised or embroidered products may require additional production time before dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, courier disruption, adverse weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

For eligible non-personalised goods purchased online, customers may have statutory cancellation rights. Certain goods made to a customer’s specification or clearly personalised may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights.  

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not affected.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products or update product designs and specifications. If we cannot fulfil an order that has already been paid for, we will provide an appropriate refund.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including the MAN//E name, original branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, written content and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to MAN//E and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or use our original content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

National flags and other public symbols may be subject to separate rights, rules and restrictions and are not claimed by MAN//E merely by being represented on our products or website.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use this website:

• for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• to transmit malicious software or harmful code;
• to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
• to attempt unauthorised access to the website or related systems; or
• to infringe the rights of MAN//E or any third party.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites that are not controlled by MAN//E.

To the extent permitted by law, MAN//E is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a customer acting wholly or mainly for business purposes.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.
